Hospice at Home

For people needing more help than our sitting service can provide, we have a team of Palliative trained nurses available to work in partnership with local health services.

We work in close contact with the GP and district nurse to provide the highest and most appropriate level of care in the home.

Meeting rooms and relaxation areas

Located at Aberystwyth and Cardigan, we have pleasant meeting room facilities for our Volunteers, Carers and Users of the Beacon of Hope service.

Projects and services available at the centres include art and relaxation classes, counselling facilities, a library and a meditation garden for anyone needing a quiet private space.
