The Beacon of Hope is a registered charity providing immediate comfort and on going practical support to people with terminal and life limiting illness in Ceredigion.
Our dedicated staff and volunteers work in the community out of offices in Aberystwyth and Cardigan and aim to enable people to live the best quality of life in the time they have left.
Elizabeth Murphy, founded the Beacon of Hope Charity in 2000.

- Volunteer sitting service providing respite for carers
- Palliative Hospice at Home service offering trained nurses to support terminally ill people at home
- Meeting rooms and relaxation areas for users, carers and volunteers
